Website inquiries and contact

Website administration manages the inquiry records described here. Contact [email protected] with questions or requests about information held by this website. Tom Pergola is the intended recipient of the email you may choose to send; website authorization does not mean he alone operates this website or handles its records.

What is recorded

When you submit an artwork inquiry, we record your name, email, message, selected artwork ID, title and source link, and the submission time in UTC. For abuse prevention and troubleshooting, we also record your connection's IP address, a limited browser user-agent description and limited referring-page context. Referring-page query strings and fragments are excluded. Please do not submit payment details or sensitive information.

How it is used and shared

The website administrator uses the inquiry record to manage inquiries, support follow-up and prevent abuse. Records are stored privately on the server. We do not automatically send your inquiry to Tom or to a mailing service. After submission, a link opens your own email app with Tom as recipient and [email protected] copied, including your name, email, message and artwork reference. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider then handles that email under its own terms. IP addresses and security context are not included in the email.

Retention

Inquiry records are marked for a retention review after 90 days. The website administrator handles review and deletion; this local version does not run automatic deletion. Technical metadata is retained with the record until reviewed. You can request earlier review or deletion by contacting website administration.

Your choices and rights

You can browse the authorized gallery without submitting an inquiry. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or correct your data, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or complain to a relevant data protection authority. Contact website administration to make a request; reasonable identity verification may be needed. These rights can have exceptions.

Cookies and tracking

This application uses necessary server-session and request-security functions. It does not add optional analytics, advertising pixels or session replay. See the Cookie Notice. Hosting providers may maintain their own infrastructure logs; their configuration must be reviewed before public launch.
